Among them, the second Marshall Plan that Europe will have with the Next Generation funds, plus the energy issue together with the difficulty of access to housing for young people, new forms of financing, cooperative models, the training of professionals, conceiving the complete life cycle of a building from the beginning.

A session to address unknown and uncertain issues. A session intended to be the first lesson of the congress to help us understand the new things to come.
