I am a Telecommunications Engineer and Head of a team of experts from the Regional Development Agency of Murcia (Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia, Spain), with extensive experience in defining and implementing public policies to promote business R&D, innovation and Digital Transformation. In particular, we boost the CAETRA Programme for the promotion of dual-use technologies for Reconstruction and Development, with more than 30 business organizations in the Region of Murcia.
