Borja Ruano Bozal

Civil engineer with over 20 years of experience in the construction sector. I joined Calaf Constructora 11 years ago, and in 2017, after completing an Executive MBA in Business Management and Administration (EMBA’15), I assumed the role of Construction Director. It was during my EMBA studies that I was first introduced to LEAN, where I discovered the transformative power of people and operations in driving change — both within the company and across the industry — to build in a different, more effective way.
