Carlos Fernández Navarro

Carlos Fernández Navarro graduated in Aeronautical Engineering from the UPM. He works as R&D&i Engineer in the Technology area at the Spanish Institute of Cement and its Applications (IECA). He participates in projects focused on sustainability, digitalization, and durability of cement-based materials in civil engineering and building construction. The Digital Product Passport is present in several of these innovation projects and in the regulatory development of its content and system.
