My strong passion for the tradition of producing slaked lime was born in my father’s company “LE FORNACI ERMACORA” where, together with my brother Albiz, I had the opportunity to specialize and fully understand an ancient art of Lime that fascinated me and awakened in me a continuing interest in understanding why works were created thousands of years ago.
