Javier Vaca de Osma Ulacia

Javier Vaca de Osma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Columbia University, and an EMBA from IESE. In 2012, he joined Ferrovial, where he serves as the Director of Technology, Processes, and Sustainability in the Construction area. He also has extensive experience at EY and Capgemini, advising multiple companies on Strategy and Operations.
