Juan Felipe Pons Achell

​Juan Felipe Pons Achell, CEO of THINK IN LEAN and a technical architect with 27 years of construction experience, is internationally recognized for his leadership in Lean Construction. He was a trainer at the Lean Learning Academy of AIRBUS from 2015 to 2019 and is the author of four books on Lean Construction. Director of the Master’s in Construction Project Management at Zigurat and the University of Barcelona. He has trained professionals in 16 countries and 30 universities around the World.
