Head of TECNALIA’s Innovation and Conformity Assessment Point (ICAP), coordinating the assessment of innovative construction products for their introduction in the European market and TECNALIA´s representative in the European Organisation for Technical Assessment (EOTA). Also responsible for the issuing of assessments of the technical conformity of construction products (Technical Conformity Report or TC) for the assessment of compliance with the CTE.
